In February, the INTA Europe Conference in Paris will bring you up to speed on trademark and IP protection. Join in and discuss the future of IP enforcement under this year’s headline “Embracing Change”.

From 18 to 19 February, the International Trademark Association (INTA) invites you to the 2019 Europe Conference in Paris. The two-day program on IP and trademark law, which is held under the headline “Embracing Change”, offers you the opportunity to learn more about the possibilities of modern trademark and IP protection in numerous specialist lectures.

The effects of technological change will be one of the key aspects discussed: International experts will share their insights into the prospects of artificial intelligence and possible future applications of blockchain technology for IP rights enforcement. You can also learn more about current innovations in counterfeit protection, as well as the growing importance of online marketplaces for protecting your brand.

Other topics on the agenda include prospects for the future of intellectual property in Europe, the impact of Brexit on trademark protection, the changing role of trademark teams, legal changes in data privacy and protection, and options for the monetization of IP assets. You will also have the opportunity to meet experts and make new connections through a series of networking events.
