PATON seminar explains EU patent and EU patent court

Join the PATON in mid-February and gain interesting insights into the new European Unitary Patent and the EU's Unified Patent Court. The lecture explains opportunities and risks as well as important details of the new system.

On Tuesday, 13 February 2018, the Landespatentzentrum Thüringen (PATON) invites you to Ilmenau for a specialist seminar on the new Unitary Patent and the EU’s Unified Patent Court. Be there and learn more about the procedures and possibilities of the interplay of national patents and utility models, traditional EP patents and unitary patents from Dr. Tobias Wuttke, specialist lawyer for intellectual property with the law firm Meissner Bolte.

The seminar is offered by the PATONakademie and is aimed primarily at managers and employees from the areas of research and development, industrial property rights, patents, patent research and law, as well as interested patent lawyers.
