The conference will take place on July 12, 2017 in the ‘Haus der Wirtschaft’ in Stuttgart and is aimed at entrepreneurs, patent specialists and start-ups. At the event, participants will have the opportunity to exchange insights with experts from patent offices and to obtain important information on current developments in intellectual property law. Topics such as the strategic aspects of patents and utility models, the new EU patent and the single EU patent court will be discussed in detail.
In addition, representatives of innovative companies will share tips and tricks from their daily operations and present their patent strategies. At the conclusion of the congress, the Artur-Fischer Inventor Prize will be presented. An accompanying exhibition with selected suppliers of system solutions for the administration, research and analysis of patents, brands and designs rounds off the event.
